Also, the whole beef is a great option if you're splitting the share with another family or two, that way everyone gets our best deal. And no need to worry about keeping it stored, our heavy-duty cryo-vac packaging completely protects the beef for well over a year. This will be the only beef purchase you need to make all year! This pack requires about 12 to 16 cubic feet of freezer space.

    The first ready date will be February 2024 (remember it's first come first serve so the earlier you get your order in the sooner it will be ready). Once ordered we will contact you when it's ready via email and either schedule a pickup time or notify you of the ship date.

    All of our beef is born, raised and fed right here at the ranch on native pasture. We never feed or give any of our ranch-to-table beef antibiotics or growth hormones.
