Whole Hog orders will be filled beginning mid-March and wil be filled in the order they are received.

Final weight: Approximately 150-180 lbs of fresh pork
Final total for fresh pork: $1125-1350
*Cured items like bacon, ham, and sausages are an additional cost (approximately +$150-$200 per whole hog).
Final total minus Deposit plus Cured/Sausage Processing is due before delivery.

Typical fresh cuts included with a pork order include Boston Butt/Picnic Roasts or Steaks, Loin Chops or Roasts, Fresh Pork Belly, Fresh Ham Roasts or Steaks, and Ground Pork.
Additional cost items are Smoked and Cured Items (Ham, Bacon, Hocks) and any type of sausage if you would like some made.

We do use antibiotics on our ranch for sick animals, but any animal treated with antibiotics is removed from our beef program. Growth hormones are never given to our animals.
