Custom Cutting Handling Fee for Whole Beef Orders

CUSTOM OPTION: This Option is being offered this year on a trial basis. It is available to Half and Whole Beef Customers ONLY.

 There will be a Custom Handling Fee of $200 for Half Beef Custom Orders and $300 for Whole Beef Custom Orders; Whole Beef orders that want each Half cut different should add 2 Half Beef Custom Handling Fees instead of the Whole Beef fee (you will still get the Whole Beef discount on your beef).

This will give you the option to fill out your own cut sheet, including how thick you want your steaks, which cuts you receive or have ground, etc. Cut sheets will be supplied after deposits are placed and will be due October 31, 2025, and no changes can be made after that time. Our regular cut sheet is of high quality and provides our customers with suitable cuts for MOST families. We do not recommend this custom option if this is your first Bulk Beef purchase.

By choosing to add this to your order:

• You acknowledge that while we will make every effort to make sure you get your cut sheet filled out properly, mistakes can be made in ordering and during cutting, and Forrest Ranch Beef, LLC is not responsible for any misunderstanding between the customer and the processor. 
• Furthermore, by choosing this option, you are acknowledging that changing the thickness or weight of cuts and asking for certain cuts to be included will change the quantity or availability of certain cuts. 
• The customer is responsible for charges for value-added products, like jerky or sausage, that are over and above the regular cutting order of FRBeef. 
• Your cattle will be processed on a different date from other Bulk Beef Customers, which means your beef will be delivered at a different time from other customers.
• This option should only be chosen if you are familiar with the process of butchering cattle.
