*While every effort will be made to deliver as close to the weights and cuts listed as possible, these are approximate and will vary slightly with each animal.
Each following order will be delivered around the 10th of each month at the frequency you choose. Shipped orders will always ship on Monday or Tuesday to ensure their arrival before the weekend. We will contact you with delivery confirmations to ensure you are available each month, and we will work with you if you cannot be. Please try to make arrangements. Orders must be changed before the 5th of each month to delay or cancel your subscription.

We do use antibiotics on our ranch for sick animals, but any animal treated with antibiotics is removed from our beef program. Growth hormones are never given to our animals.
