These cornish-cross chickens have been raised in our chicken tractor. It is a big pen that we move every day to fresh grass so that our chickens are raised in a free-range manner, but they are still safe from predators and our "Ranch Security Team" (two big mastiffs). We will process these here at the ranch and shrink wrap them for long-term storage, but we bet you don't leave them in the freezer very long!
